Wrexham fans will finally be able to see their club’s brand new 2026/27 kit which we now know will soon be released, after the club posted a cryptic tweet on X with more clues and revealing the launch date.
In a tweet, the club stated: “The wait is almost over. Tomorrow…” confirming that the long-awaited unveiling will take place later today.
This announcement came after a week full of cryptic teasers that started off with the revelation that Firefox will be Wrexham’s new front-of-shirt sponsor, before focusing entirely on the jerseys themselves.
This most recent teaser seems to further solidify what many supporters had guessed all week long. While the majority of the jersey is kept under wraps, the portions that can be seen once again consist of a dark-colored jersey with an intricate texture and red highlights, reminiscent of glowing embers or flames.
From what we can see, this is almost identical to the speculations and concepts that came about following Wrexham’s initial teaser video, with many fans guessing a daring black and red kit that takes inspiration from flames. Without an official confirmation of the color scheme, every single teaser video that the club has issued up until now has pointed toward the same end result.
The club has earned a reputation for incorporating their story into their jerseys, with previous Macron jersey designs having referenced Welsh culture and the history of the club and not just colors.
Fans do not have much time left before the unveiling of the new kits, with the entire 2026/27 range expected to be revealed on 11 July 2026, kicking off the Firefox era heading into another season of Championship football.
