Wrexham’s iconic home, the Racecourse, continues its breathtaking transformation under the Hollywood ownership of Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney. However, a stunning new piece of drone footage has given supporters an entirely unique perspective of the stadiumās evolution.
Filmed mid-match while the Red Dragons were battling it out against Burnley, the newly surfaced aerial video offers a dramatic look at the brand-new Kop Stand rising above the pitch. Captured in a striking black-and-white stylistic edit, the towering steel framework of the new stand cuts an imposing figure against the matchday skyline, highlighting the incredible scale of the Ā£70m redevelopment project.
A Flying View of the Action
The drone flyover didn’t just capture the progress of the construction crews. Because the footage was taken while the ball was actively in play, it managed to catch a completely distinct, birds-eye view of the action on the pitch.
